Enhancing Vocational Education and Training (VET) through
Mobility and Interships
The Initiative
The program aims at enhancing vocational education and training for adults, especially in the province, by facilitating mobility and internship opportunities at a local, national, and international level. Bridging the gap of skills and providing first-rate training programs and knowledge to candidates will guarantee their easier access to jobs related to their subject of education and solid connection networks with internship and mobility providers.
Target groups
- VET students get the chance to develop and enhance their skills and acquire new knowledge, while benefiting from the enhanced employability opportunities.
- VET trainers acquire new knowledge and become more experienced in recognizing trainees with the desirable skills.
- VET, mobility, and internship organizations gain knowledge about key professional tools and methodologies from an expanded national, European and international network of partners.
- Companies benefit financially and have access to an increased candidate pool who will bring added value to the business.
The Project
This project is being
implemented under the umbrella of the Erasmus+ Key Action 2 program of the EU,
with the aim of developing, transferring, and implementing innovative practices
at the organizational, local, regional, national, or European levels. The projects’
transnational character adds considerable value by promoting cooperation in the
field of adult education. In this context, the project strengthens future
cooperation among VET (Vocational Education and Training) providers across
Europe in the field of vocational education.
